Ticket Filter


To set default Ticket Filter go to Support Plus > Ticket List > Default Filters.

Customer view:

Tickets having status selected in Hide Selected Statues setting, will not be visible. If customer use status filter manually on ticket list, this setting will not take effect and tickets will be filtered as per customer selection.

You can set default order field setting like ascending or descending.

You can set number of tickets per page.

Agent View:

Tickets having status selected in Hide Selected Statues setting, will not be visible. If agent use status filter manually on ticket list, this setting will not take effect and tickets will be filtered as per customer selection.

You can set default order field setting like ascending or descending.

You can set number of tickets per page.

You can set your own filter fields from the Ticket List Setting.

Save Current Filter:

You can save filter which is public or private. If you set public filter then it will apply for all users. Private filters can be used by only created user.
