Ticket Form Management


In this tutorial I'll explain how to manage your Ticket Form.

Go to Dashboard > Support Plus > Ticket Form >Manage Form.

In this setting two options are available for manage ticket fields

1) Status : You can show or hide ticket form fields. If you set field status disable then the field will not be shown in ticket form.

2) Full Width : Fields having full width will be shown with 100% width.
