In this tutorial I’ll explain how to add Agent Only Fields and manage Agent tickets form fields.
The Agent Only Field is use for the only agents. These field not available for ticket form. These can be edited by agents for their internal use.
If the Custom field set the Agent Only fields is Yes then this field display with in the ticket Agent Only Field block .
If the Agent Only Fields set No then remove the Custom fields from Agent Only Field block with in the ticket.
The Agent Only fields display the Custom fields information for the agents internal use.
