Ignore emails for piping

You can block emails in the setting Support Plus > Add-Ons > Email Piping > Block Emails. So that any email from blocked email will not create a ticket.

If you do not want to create a ticket of incoming email, you can set email or pattern.

You can add email pattern like *, admin@* etc.
