Create New Notification


To add new email notification please go to Support Plus > Add-Ons > Email Notifications.

After clicking add new,  set title and select  type of email notification. It can be create ticket,reply ticket etc.

After this you can set subject and description. In subject and description you can use template tags which will replace while sending email.

You can set recipient who will receive email notification.

You can set conditions for sending email notification on different field types. You can set conditions on subject, category, status, priority and custom fields. If condition match, mail will send to recipient.

If you choose Any one of them in Same condition field match relation setting then condition will be true if any one of the same field value find in ticket action.

If you choose All of them in Same condition field match relation setting then condition will be true if all the same field value find in ticket action.

If you choose All of them in Different Condition field match relation setting then condition will be true if all the different field value find in ticket action.

If you choose Any one of them in Different Condition field match relation setting then condition will be true if any one of the different field value find in ticket action.
