Even if there is status, priority, .. etc. filters available, we need to stick ticket to top most of the time. This add-on does this job for you easily.
Please note, stick tickets not affected by filter. Also you may see stick ticket appear in normal list as well.
There are two ways ticket can be set as Stick Ticket:
1. Admin controlled
2. Individual Controlled
As names suggest, either admin can control or individual agent can control the stick ticket. Normal user or customer will see normal ticket list, this feature is for staff purpose.
