Paid Customizations

We do provide paid customization to our free product WP Support Plus as Add-On for your custom need. You can still update the original plugin in future even you have custom code.

You can create ticket for your requirement on our support page. If you are not our customer earlier, you wont be able to create ticket on our support page. Alternatively you can send us private message via our Facebook Page. Our representative will evaluate the requirement with our team and tell you the cost and deadline for your customization as soon as possible.

We believe in low cost software development without compromising work quality. We always care about cost and try to deliver as affordable as we can. In order to achieve this, we do not invest money in marketing the products and give this benefit directly to customers.

Upon the price you agreed you can choose token to purchase from this page. Lets consider we agreed on price $150 then you can choose token $100 and $50 at the same time before add to cart.

Requirement & Cost

The cost of customization will be decided based on your requirement. If you changed your requirement after cost decided, the cost will be changed as per new requirements.

Warranty & Support of Customization

We provide 3 (three) months warranty to our customization. In this period, you can report bug in our customization and we will be committed to fix those bugs. Please note, if you need extra work which is other than your initial requirement to the same customization, it will cost you extra.

Refund of Customization

If we fail to follow deadline or our customization does not meet your given requirements or if you found bugs in our customization and we fail to fix those bugs, you can request for refund within your warranty period of 3 (three) months. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have. Please note, refund will not accepted if you simply decided not to use the product or customization. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
