Advanced Canned Reply

Why needed?

Canned Reply will enable functionality to save replies for individual agents so that it can be used at one click when you need this next time.

It comes with some cool features such as categorisation, search etc. This helps agents to easy management of their canned reply.

 

Private canned reply

Canned reply created in reply editor is treated as private canned reply which is not visible to other agents. But administrator can see this from dashboard area.

Even if administrator create canned reply from front-end editors, it is treated as private canned reply.

Public canned reply

It can be created only by an administrator. Canned replies created from dashboard, treated as public canned replies and accessible to all agents.
